- Day 1
The tour Commences with pick up from Dehradun airport or Railway station one day prior to the Chardham Yatra departure, followed by drop to the hotel. In the evening, our team will brief the guests about the entire Chardham Yatra By Helicopter which will be conducted at 20:30Hrs. Duffle bag will be provided during the tour briefing in which necessary luggage will have to be packed by the passengers (Maximum 05Kg per person will be permitted). The overnight stay at Dehradun with dinner awaits you.
Note: Our staff will take the body weight of each pilgrim during the tour briefing; hence kindly ensure you attend the same in Chardham Yatra By Helicopter.
- Day 2
- 06:00: Departure from Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun.
- 06:30: Arrival at Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri.
Upon arrival, passengers will be greeted by the ground staff. They will then proceed to the Yamunotri Temple via palkis or ponies. The trek is 6 km from the helipad to the temple. - The round trip to the temple and back takes approximately 5 hours.
- After the darshan, return to Kharsali Helipad.
- Overnight stay at Kharsali.
- Day 3
- 06:35: Departure from Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri.
- 07:00: Arrival at Harsil Helipad.
Harsil is a breathtaking valley often referred to as “Mini Switzerland.” From here,
passengers will drive to Gangotri Temple, which is 22 km away. The car journey takes approximately 50 minutes. - Upon arrival, passengers will head directly to the temple, assisted by our ground staff for a smooth darshan experience.
- After the temple visit, return to the resort for lunch.
- Spend the afternoon relaxing, and enjoy a campfire in the evening.
- A visit to the nearby village is highly recommended for an evening walk and to shop for handmade woolens (sweaters, shawls, and mufflers) crafted by local tribal women.

- 07:30: Departure from Harsil Helipad.
- 08:10: Arrival at Kedarnath Helipad.
The helipad is located just 500 meters from the Kedarnath Temple. Passengers can walk to the temple for darshan. - After the darshan, return to the hotel.
- Overnight stay will be at Guptkashi.
- Day 5
- 08:30: Departure from Kedarnath/Phata Helipad.
- 09:00: Arrival at Badrinath Helipad.
Upon arrival, passengers can check in to the hotel, conveniently located near the Badrinath Temple. Our ground staff will assist in ensuring a smooth and fulfilling darshan experience at the temple. - In the evening, a visit to Mana Village is highly recommended.
- Mana is the last Indian village near the international border with China, offering a glimpse into the unique culture and history of the region.
- Day 6
- 09:05 Departure Badrinath helipad
- 10:00 Arrival Sahastradhara helipad, Dehradun
Early Morning ready for Special Abhishek Puja (as your own cost) at Badrinath temple is the highlight of this entire yatra. It starts sharp at 4.30 am in the morning and lasts for 2 hours. Passengers will get an opportunity to sit inside the temple and have darshan of the shringar of the deity from very close quarters. After darshan return back to hotel have breakfast and fly for Dehradun. On arrival at Dehradun helipad you will transfer to Airport / Railway station. Here Helicopter tour ends here with happy memories to be cherished forever. This is the end of Chardham Yatra.

Note: Due to bad weather / or any reason extra accommodation cost will be bear by guest on direct basis Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only in Chardham Yatra By Helicopter. For a separate single occupancy room, it will be extra chargeable @ INR- 30, 000 /-Per person (tax inclusive) in Chardham Yatra By Helicopter.
- ADD-ON SERVICES
Maha Abhishek Puja at Badrinath ji – INR 5,100/person. Total amount has to be paid in cash to Representative at Dehradun, so that we can arrange and book the Puja in advance on behalf of each passenger in Chardham Yatra By Helicopter. Note – Maha Abhishek Puja will not be included in our package or billing cost, since the total amount for the same goes directly to Badrinath ji Mandir Samiti.
Rudra Abhishek Puja at Kedarnath ji – INR 6,500 for 06 people. Total amount has to be paid in cash to Our representative at Dehradun in Chardham Yatra By Helicopter, so that we can arrange and book the Puja in advance onbehalf of each passenger. Arrangement of Rudra Abhishek puja will be done subject to availability of rooms at Kedarnath-Top, as passengers will have tostay there overnight for the puja. Therefore, the additional charges towards the hotel stay will be extra chargeable in Chardham Yatra By Helicopter.
Note – Rudra Abhishek Puja will not be included in our package or billing cost,
since the total amount for the same goes directly toKedarnath ji Mandir Samiti in Chardham Yatra By Helicopter.
Disclaimer – Accommodation at Kedarnath-top is budget category, and there can be instances of complaints in regards to the hotel services & rooms. Furthermore, temperature at Kedarnath-top maydrop to sub-zero levels at night in Sep/Oct; therefore passengers areadvised to take decision keeping the same in consideration.

5% Service charge + Utilized Services like Hotel Stay and Transportation will be
applicable in Case of cancellation due to any reason / Bad weather.
Note: – Exact Schedule can be advised before a day of departure. Above mentioned schedule is tentative just for understanding the operational system & timing. Things can be changed last moment due to any operational or weather changes.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
- The quality of accommodation available at Yamunotri and Kedarnath upper is just above average and so passengers should not have very high expectations. However, at Harsil, Guptkashi and Badrinath the accommodation standard is 3 stars
- Only 5 Kg baggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers are advised not to carry big suitcases as there is very small baggage space inside helicopter. Passengers bringing excess baggage might not be allowed to take the same in the chopper by pilot. To address this, our staff provides duffle bags to all passengers upon arrival. The allowance for baggage weight is based on the total body weight of the group. If the combined body weight of the group exceeds the allowable limit of 450 kg, additional charges will apply for transporting the excess luggage by road, and this cost will be shared among all passengers in that Helicopter
- Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket. Infant below 02 Yrs. /12 Kg are carried free of charge. In case of verification of age, ID proof (Birth certificate) of the child shall be checked
- There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
- Total passenger weight should not exceed – 450:6 PAX Beyond the said weight limit the flight won’t be able to take off and your journey
- OVERWEIGHT CHARGES: ON PER SEAT BASIS ONLY – Overweight charges are applicable @ INR 2000 per Kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg (I.e. 5kg X 2000 = 10,000) Passenger should pay amount before departure or pay at helipad. This amount will be charged per body weight not according to helicopter weight and will be charged in group wise.
- The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount and balance amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to date of journey otherwise booking stand cancelled without any refund.
- In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilized sector/s.
- Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 20% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 15 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 15 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
- The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board. No refund shall be done to such passenger(s).
- In regards to the guests stranded at any Dham, if any group requests to cancel their tour on their own desire & come down before their scheduled return date, the arrangement of vehicle for their return journey by road shall be done by us, however, cost for the same shall be borne by the guest on direct payment basis. No refunds are applicable in case guests wish to cancel & return mid-tour.
- We would like to inform our pilgrims that we do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we strongly recommend that pilgrims make their own arrangements for insurance coverage. Please note that all baggage and personal belongings are solely the responsibility of the client at all times.
- OTHER CONDITIONS :
- If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days we will still try to finish the darshan on next day. In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation then we will refund only flying timing cost approximately INR 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand Rupees) against each Dham per seat.
- Helicopter flights in hilly terrain are contingent upon unpredictable factors such as adverse weather conditions and various Force Majeure events. These include delayed Air Traffic clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by the Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden technical issues in the aircraft, illness of the flying crew, or delayed
- reporting of passengers at the helipads, among other unforeseen circumstances.
Passengers are advised to be ready to encounter any unexpected events and
inconveniences that may arise in such situations. - All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction. Bookings will be taken, considering there is acceptance of the above – mentioned terms & conditions by the party.
- GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS
- There is very limited space for luggage in the helicopter. Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted. Helicopter travel does not permit suitcases or other traditional luggage bags.
- All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers having asthma problems should not undertake this yatra
- All passengers undertaking this yatra should be medically and physically fit.
- Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available locally at all medical shops
- Although day temperatures at these locations are normal it becomes cold in the night and so passengers must carry woolen clothes with them.
- All passengers are advised to carry their own medication.
- When planning your tour, we strongly advise the guests to keep one additional day at hand at Dehradun, over and above 05N/06D period, so that they do not end up in problem in case the weather gets very bad after the commencement of tour, which may lead to extension of the tour.
- Company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party, thus advised guests to get the fitness certificate from doctor to travel to the high altitude sector.
- If any passenger(s) require ferry flights to be operated for them in emergency, cost for the same will be charged to the party.
- Network connectivity at Harsil & Badrinath is very poor. BSNL & Jio are the main telecom services that work in these regions mostly, but not always. However, our staff shall be with the passengers for assistance at all times.
- We have its own crew at all the Dhams. For any guidance or assistance, Passengers are free to reach out to them.
- Any palki and porter charges in Kedarnath shall be borne by the passengers. Airport transfers will be provided only on the arrival day at Dehradun, and on the last day, i.e., 6th day of the tour.
- AADHAR Card copies are to be shared by all Indian passengers, & passport in case of foreign nationals
- The remaining or unused amount from the previous booking can be applied towards the fresh booking. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the passengers
- Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is must since the pilot will not allow boarding in case it exceeds the weight conveyed at the time of booking & we reserve the right to shuffle passengers to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills
- Passengers are required to accurately provide their weights at the time of booking. In the event of any weight discrepancy discovered during travel that exceeds our aircraft’s weight capacity of 450 kg, affected passenger(s) will be de-boarded and the Heli-tour will be canceled for them and without any refund
