1. Booking Cancellations & Refunds

  • Flight Tickets: Refunds are subject to airline policies. Cancellation fees may apply.
  • Hotel Bookings: Refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
  • Tour Packages: Partial or full refunds are available based on the cancellation timeframe. Fees may apply.
  • Visa & Travel Insurance: These services are non-refundable once processed.

2. Cancellation Timeline & Charges

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus service fees).
  • 15–30 days before departure: Partial refund (cancellation charges apply).
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund available.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing fees may apply depending on the service provider.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Travel dates and itineraries may be rescheduled based on availability and provider policies.
  • Additional charges may apply for modifications.
