After breakfast, your trek begins! The trail from Sankri to Juda Ka Talab winds through dense pine and maple forests, with occasional clearings offering panoramic views. Juda Ka Talab is a mesmerizing high-altitude lake surrounded by thick oak and pine trees. During winters, the lake partially freezes, creating a magical sight. Overnight stay in tents under a star-filled sky.

Today’s trail is relatively shorter but steeper in sections. You will trek through snow-laden pine forests, with the majestic peaks of Bandarpoonch and Swargarohini coming into view. By afternoon, you’ll reach Kedarkantha Base Camp. From here, the summit peak is visible and looks absolutely stunning. Spend the evening preparing for the early morning summit climb.

This is the most exciting day of the trek! Start your trek early around 3 AM to witness the sunrise from the summit. The trail is steep and requires determination, but the panoramic views from the Kedarkantha top are worth every step. From the summit, you can see Swargarohini, Black Peak, Bandarpoonch, Yamunotri, and even parts of Himachal. After enjoying the breathtaking sunrise, descend back to base camp, have lunch, and trek further down to Hargaon Camp for the night.

Drive: Sankri to Dehradun (200 km, 8–10 hours)
On the final day, descend through pine forests and small streams back to Sankri. After reaching Sankri, freshen up and drive back to Dehradun with unforgettable memories of your Kedarkantha adventure.

Any damage to tents, sleeping bags, or hotel property by the participant will be chargeable.

AC will not work in hill areas (from Dehradun onwards, Rishikesh onwards, and while the vehicle is stopped/parked).
Vehicle will be used only for itinerary-based sightseeing and city limits.
For additional / off-route / optional sightseeing, extra charges apply (pay directly to driver).
No refund will be given if any sightseeing point is not covered.
All nearby sightseeing points must be covered together.
In case of a major breakdown, we will arrange a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.

If the booked car is unavailable, a similar vehicle will be provided.
At many tourist places (e.g. mall roads in hill stations), large vehicles are not allowed. Guests must hire local transport at their own expense.

By Train: The nearest railway station is Dehradun Railway Station, well connected to Delhi and other major cities. From Dehradun, one can hire a cab or take a bus to Sankri.
By Air: The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport (Dehradun), located about 25 km from Dehradun city. From there, road transport options are available to Sankri.
Starting the Trek: Once you reach Sankri, the trek route begins the next day towards Juda Ka Talab, Kedarkantha Base Camp, and finally the summit at 12,500 ft.
