Your spiritual journey begins from Haridwar or Rishikesh, the sacred gateway of the Char Dham Yatra.
Drive through the enchanting valleys of Devprayag (confluence of Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers forming the holy Ganga), Srinagar, and Rudraprayag (confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers).
The entire route offers mesmerizing views of the Garhwal Himalayas, lush valleys, and sacred river streams.
Arrive at Sitapur / Guptkashi by evening. Check-in at your hotel and relax after the long drive.

The weather in Kedarnath is often cold and unpredictable, so carrying the right essentials is very important for a safe and comfortable yatra. Here’s a recommended packing list:

There are no deluxe facilities in Kedarnath due to high altitude. Accommodation is provided on a basic bed system (dharamshala / guesthouse / camps).
Hotel check-in time is generally 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM across India. Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges unless specified.
In Kedarnath and other high-altitude destinations, power backup, lifts, Wi-Fi, and AC facilities are usually not available. Room heaters and Wi-Fi (if available) are mostly chargeable.
Service quality and facilities in hotels cannot be compared to hotels in Haridwar, Rishikesh, or metro cities. During peak season (May–June, Oct–Nov), budget/standard hotels may cost more than deluxe hotels in Haridwar/Rishikesh due to high demand.
As per Government of India rules, all Indian & foreign nationals must provide valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
Accepted documents: Passport with Visa, Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card (with photograph).
Hotels/camps can deny check-in if valid ID proof is not provided. The company will not be responsible for issues arising from invalid or missing ID.
If meals are included in the package, they will be served as buffet / fixed menu / meal credit basis (as per hotel policy).
Items outside the standard buffet / fixed menu will be charged extra.
In case of low occupancy, hotels may provide meal credits instead of buffet. Any extra bill above meal credit must be settled directly by the guest.
Room service or food packing is usually charged extra.
North Indian vegetarian food (often thali-style) is commonly provided in hotels.

Extra beds are often provided as rollaway beds or floor mattresses depending on the hotel.
Guests preferring proper beds instead of mattresses must inform us in advance.
In Kedarnath, only basic budget accommodation / dharamshala facilities are available, regardless of your package type (standard, deluxe, or luxury). Do not expect deluxe or luxury rooms at Kedarnath.
Hotels in hill areas operate seasonally, so facilities may be limited.
To secure good hotels with better reviews, bookings must be made well in advance (at least 3 months before May–June and 1–2 months before Oct–Nov).
Please read the following vehicle policies carefully before booking. These terms will form part of your agreement with us.
AC will not work in hill areas (from Dehradun onwards, Rishikesh onwards, and while the vehicle is stopped/parked).
Vehicle will be used only for itinerary-based sightseeing and city limits.
For additional / off-route / optional sightseeing, extra charges apply (pay directly to driver).
No refund will be given if any sightseeing point is not covered.
All nearby sightseeing points must be covered together.
(For other locations like Auli, Lakhamandal, Adi Badri, Bhavishya Badri etc., please confirm with the company directly.)
In case of a major breakdown, we will arrange a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
Minor issues may be repaired on the way; kindly cooperate.
In case of driver misbehavior or non-cooperation, contact the company immediately.
Driver working hours: 12 hours per day. Additional usage must be informed in advance.
Drivers will not drive in No-entry zones, narrow lanes, or risky roads.
In some hill areas, driving after sunset and playing loud music is restricted for safety.
Pickup and drop point will be one only (multiple pickups/drop-offs must be pre-confirmed in writing).
Multiple visits to the same sightseeing point may incur extra parking charges.
Tour routes cannot be changed without prior notice. Any amendment in route may change the cost.
Rates are subject to change with fuel price fluctuations. If diesel/petrol rises by more than 5% at the time of travel, the package cost will increase even if earlier confirmed.
If the booked car is unavailable, a similar vehicle will be provided.
At many tourist places (e.g. mall roads in hill stations), large vehicles are not allowed. Guests must hire local transport at their own expense.
Parking areas may be a short walk from sightseeing points; guests must reach on foot at their own cost.
No refund for short stays, unused services, or unveiled facilities.
No cancellation/refund due to circumstances beyond our control such as:
Natural calamities (landslides, snowfall, floods, etc.)
Roadblocks, political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions
Flight/train delays or cancellations
Accidents, health issues, or emergencies
The company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal property during the tour.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India only.
The company reserves the right to cancel any service if full advance payment is not received.

To reach Kedarnath Temple, pilgrims need to travel up to Gaurikund by road. From Gaurikund, there are three main options to reach the shrine:
Trek:
A 16 km trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath.
Ponies, palkis, and pitthus (porters) are also available for those who cannot walk.
Helicopter Service:
Helicopter services are available from Phata, Guptkashi, Sersi, and Sitapur.
Advance booking is recommended during peak season.
Dandi/Kandi/Mule Rides:
Local services like pony and palanquin (doli) rides are available for senior citizens and those needing assistance.
