1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all travel services provided by Perfect Planner, including Chardham Yatra, domestic tours, and international travel packages. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made with complete and accurate information.

A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our side.

For group tours, a minimum number of travelers may be required. If the group does not form, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund.
3. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

Full payment must be made before the tour date, unless otherwise agreed.

Any bank or transaction fees must be borne by the customer.

Late or partial payments may result in cancellation or penalty.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

60 days before departure: 80% refund
-
45 days before departure: 50% refund
-
30 days before departure: 25% refund

Less than 30 days: No refund

Perfect Planner-Initiated Cancellation:
In case we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamity, low bookings, government restrictions), a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. -
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5. Travel Documents

For international tours, clients must possess a valid passport with at least 6 months validity.

Visa approvals are subject to the respective consulate’s discretion.

Perfect Planner is not responsible for visa rejections or delays.

Clients must carry proper government ID for domestic tours.
6. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for assessing their medical fitness to travel.

Any known health conditions must be declared at the time of booking.

Travel insurance (recommended or mandatory depending on destination) is the responsibility of the client.

Perfect Planner follows all government and destination health protocols (e.g., COVID-19 regulations).
7. Itinerary and Tour Changes

Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or operational requirements.

We reserve the right to alter schedules, routes, or accommodation for your safety and comfort.

Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance where possible.
8. Responsibilities of Travelers

Follow local laws, customs, and tour leader guidance.

Be punctual at all pickup and departure points.

Respect fellow travelers, guides, and local communities.
-
Maintain decorum, especially during religious pilgrimages like Chardham.
9. Liability Disclaimer

Perfect Planner acts as an intermediary between you and airlines, hotels, transport providers, etc. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or loss caused by third parties.

We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from travel-related risks.

Travel involves inherent risks. By booking with us, you accept full responsibility for such risks.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—texts, images, branding, and itineraries—is the intellectual property of Perfect Planner. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun.
